Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring anAccounting Supervisor, Refinery Payables & Processingon a full-time permanent basis within our Corporate Accounting team. This is ahybridposition and is based inSaskatoon, SK, or Regina, SK.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and supervise processing, payables and data entry teams, overseeing daily processing of contractor, inventory, purchasing invoices, and timesheets.
- Support the review and approval of contractor invoices to ensure accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with contract terms, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and system enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support on invoicing, and work order inquiries across the organization.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members ang manage processing workload during annual turnaround activities
Who you’ll work with: **The Team:**You will work closely with Corporate Accounting, project teams, and operational departments across the organization. You will lead a team of accounting professionals and collaborate with leaders across the business. You will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting and contribute to a culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in Finance and :
- Have 6–9 years of progressive accounting experience, with supervisory experience considered an asset.
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business with a major in accounting (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
