##Job Summary
The Senior Functional Analyst is responsible for optimizing business processes related to purchasing planning and store replenishment for both regular and seasonal items. They actively participate in the full project lifecycle for system implementation. The MM Functional Analyst acts as a member of the SAP development and support team and is responsible for managing the MM request portfolio. They are fully involved in the project lifecycle (analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, and support) to deliver user requirements.
##Key Accountabilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business needs.
- Analyze existing programs and document them.
- Propose and recommend value‑added solutions to meet requirements.
- Configure the MM module.
- Write functional specifications and hand them over to developers.
- Execute and document unit and acceptance tests.
- Prepare and deliver user training.
- Define the deployment strategy and participate in its execution.
- Provide post‑implementation support.
##Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation and/or support as a functional analyst.
- University degree in IT management, business administration, or operations and supply chain management.
- Work experience in procurement (asset).
- In‑depth knowledge of the SAP MM module.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules such as WM, SD, FICO, PI (asset).
- Ability and interest in reading ABAP code.
- Experience in ABAP programming (asset).
- Strong understanding of SAP module integration concepts.
- Highly developed analytical skills.
- Interest in solving very complex problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with users and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong time and priority management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
