In this position, you will become a key player within the Legal Affairs team through your support in governance and corporate secretariat activities. You will assist the team in analyzing accounting and tax memorandums, particularly those relating to corporate reorganizations and other tax planning initiatives, and you will prepare the legal documents required to give effect to these changes. You will also be responsible for updating corporate entities with government authorities, while working closely with the Legal Affairs team on the preparation, negotiation, and follow‑up of contractual documents.

Being a senior legal technician at Harnois Énergies means:

Do you have the profile to become our next senior legal technician?
- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role;
- You hold an AEC or DEC in legal techniques or equivalent legal training;
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office;
- You have a good command of both French and English, spoken and written (English is required in order to communicate with our English‑speaking teams and suppliers).
