OVERVIEW
The Project Manager, Integrated Care is to lead project team(s) in both the execution and adoption of strategic initiatives and quality improvement initiatives within the Integrated Care (IC) portfolio. Championing a co-design approach, the role ensuresthe voices of clients, families, frontline staff, and partners drive projects from conception to completion to ensure that patient care services are delivered with the highest level of quality, safety, and efficiency. The Project Manager will leverage their expertise to implement new projects at MGH and within East Toronto to support ongoing improvements and operational efficiency, focusing on patient-centered care, timely interventions, and effective resource utilization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a strong ability to navigate and prioritize competing demands, and ability to work across internal and external stakeholder groups to implement projects. This role will develop and maintain sustainable processesto keep stakeholders informed of projects’ status, risks, execute mitigation strategies with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to MGH.
EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Clinical experience or familiarity with acute care hospital and home care an asset.
- Extensive experience in supporting execution of large client/patient care projects that involve multiple internal partners and stakeholders and may rely upon the successful roll out of organization wide changes in standard operating practices, business process improvements methods.
- Ability to bridge project and operational perspectives to support integrated-care start-ups, demonstrating comfort with navigating real-world operational constraints and facilitating effective transition from project to operations
- Excellent project management skills, utilizing project planning techniques and project planning tools and templates, e.g. scope statements, requirement analysis, lessons-learned, Gantt charts, critical path analysis, etc.
- Well-developed knowledge of engaging with and supporting leaders within a health care setting to apply change and design approaches in supporting project execution and adoption of new business processes
- Proficiency in interpreting analytical insights, KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to guide decision-making. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data tools (e.g., SQL, Python), and cloud data environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate withdata engineers, analysts, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate complex information with clarity and precision, from staff to executive.
