About the role

Company Description Stephano Group Ltd. is a leading North American private label manufacturer specializing in high-quality cold cereals, hot cereals, bars, and snacks. We are looking for a detailed orientated maintenance planner to asset in planning, scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance and minimal production downtime.

Role Description

Plan and schedule preventive maintenance (PM) activities and ensure completion on time. Manage maintenance work orders, equipment records, and PM schedules in the CMMS system. Manage and schedule technicians, contractors and equipment access to minimize production disruption Update maintenance data, reports, and tracking sheets using Excel and other tools. Support purchasing by identifying required parts/materials, obtaining supplier information, and coordinating orders. Order, maintain and manage spare parts inventory. Assist with maintenance planning, scheduling priorities, and communication with Maintenance, Production, and Quality teams. Prepare downtime reports and provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager. Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance activities and audits. Support continuous improvement by ensuring the CMMS system and maintenance records are kept updated.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance administration, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is preferred.

Experience with CMMS systems

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, priorities, and multiple tasks. Good attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records and documentation. Basic understanding of preventive maintenance processes and equipment reliability. Experience with purchasing, vendor communication, and maintenance parts coordination is an asset. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with Maintenance, Production, and Quality teams. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The salary range listed in this posting represents the expected compensation for this position based on market conditions and internal considerations. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, qualifications, and alignment with the role requirements.
