About the Opportunity This is a permanent, full-time leadership opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact within a service department and play an integral role in the success of a growing equipment dealership.

The Service Sales Manager will oversee daily service operations, support and mentor service staff, improve department performance, and ensure customers receive exceptional service and support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership, operations, and customer relationships while working within the agricultural equipment industry.

  • Have experience leading a service team within an equipment, agricultural, automotive, or related industry
  • Enjoy coaching, mentoring, and developing employees
  • Have a strong understanding of service operations, workflow, and departmental performance

  • Have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Value safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Have experience with agricultural equipment or heavy-duty mechanics (considered a strong asset)
