The Role
As Statflo’s Technical Product Operations Specialist, you’ll be a key member of the Product team, working closely with Engineers to make sure Customers get maximum value from Statflo. You’ll translate incoming requests into clear, actionable tasks, keep priorities aligned for efficiency, and roll up your sleeves to personally handle configurations, light scripting, and data investigations when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Manage requests : Take charge of incoming requests - review, refine, and prioritise tasks, balancing Customer value and Engineering effort
- Jump in : Handle configurations, simple scripting work and data investigations personally
- Communicate : Keep stakeholders in the loop, every step of the way
- Improve operations : Identify repetitive, error-prone and tedious tasks, and work with Engineers to improve workflows, build tooling and automation
- Onboard Customers : coordinate the technical side of Customer onboarding, ensuring everything works, on time
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have 2+ years working in a Product capacity
- You have previous experience in a customer facing role such as Customer Support or Onboarding Specialist
- You have technical skills preferably in streamlining and automation of operations (Advanced SQL and Python)
- You are adept at understanding the technical workflow that leads to the final product
- You are great at problem-solving and critical thinking
- You are organized, and have for a knack for improving and building solutions
- You are a strong written and verbal communicator; comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Points
- Experience in Telco Retail
- You enjoy working with both the internal business as well as external clients
- You are excited at the idea of working 2 days a week from our downtown Toronto office, located by Union Station
