The Opportunity

CBRE is seeking an eager and resourceful individual to assist in developing new business and aid with selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate. This is an in-office, full-time permanent position where you will work under the guidance of an experienced team of sales professionals in a training capacity.

What you will do:

  • Interface with sales professionals, researchers, and clients regarding administrative and marketing requirements and gathers necessary data.
  • Assist in preparing various commercial real estate or ad hoc statistical reports for sales professionals and/or office/department.
  • Conduct database input, extraction, and maintenance, and access repository of information for data analysis, reports, etc.
  • Determine appropriate methodology in creating marketing and presentation materials; includes drafting proposals, preparing tenant surveys or specialized reports, and developing property locator maps, etc.
  • Provide department administrative support as needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BCom) from a four-year college or university with an emphasis in, but not limited to, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate and Housing, Urban Planning, Statistics, etc.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is an asset, any experience in the commercial real estate industry may also be considered an asset.
