GRADUATE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is an important pipeline for unleashing potential and developing future leaders. We look for great people with the potential to deliver with excellence and have a long-term impact on our company!
Program will begin September 2026
What do we offer?
The GMT program offers a 10-month rotational experience designed to immerse you in various facets, providing hands-on experiences across our core business areas.
As you progress, you’ll rotate through our front-line Supply, Sales, and Logistics teams, gaining exposure to different operational sites, including, brewery locations, warehouse facilities, our Toronto Headquarters, and other localized sites. Each rotation includes immersive job shadowing where you’ll learn about specific programs and processes, while working on strategic business projects.
Following the program, you will continue to build your Labatt journey with placement typically in a Frontline Sales or Supply Chain team, based on business needs and your interests.

Are prepared to take on new challenges in new places, anticipating moves across Canada throughout your first year. This means working in front line roles, in different types of settings (i.e. field sales office, brewery, warehouses etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences or a related field
- Must have graduated from an undergraduate degree in the last 2 years; 2024, 2025 or anticipated graduation no later than September 2026.
- Must be mobile and open to relocation to experience different functions and locations across Canada
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Of legal drinking age (18+ in AB, MN & QC and 19+ everywhere else)
