You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing calls, scheduling, and keeping operations running smoothly. This role is built for someone who learns quickly, handles multiple priorities at once, and takes pride in accuracy and results.
What You’ll Do

Answer and manage calls and emails with professionalism and urgency.

Schedule residential and commercial service appointments in real time.

Follow up on inquiries and service calls—no loose ends.

Maintain accurate customer profiles and records in ServiceTitan.

Use Excel and Google Workspace to manage data and reporting.

Coordinate between customers and technicians to keep jobs on track.

Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for booking rate, accuracy, and responsiveness.
What You Bring

Strong computer and Excel skills are required.

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch platforms is a major asset.

Quick learner with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience (construction/trades a plus).
