What You’ll Accomplish With Us As a Consultant , you will be central to our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop tailored action plans based on dealer goals and needs.
- Prepare and conduct regular dealer visits, ensuring thorough follow-up and reporting.
- Meet with dealer leadership to review performance, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage complex requests or escalations.
- Maximize product and service penetration across dealerships.
- Monitor market trends and share competitive intelligence with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver individual training to Financial Services Managers (FSMs) using the PACT/Lean methodology.
- Promote and coordinate classroom training sessions based on FSM needs.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new FSMs, including access setup and initial training.
- Ensure proper use and understanding of corporate tools and systems (e.g., Unifi 2.0).
- Complete administrative tasks and participate in internal initiatives and meetings.
What Will Help You Succeed In This Role We’re looking for someone who:
- Is known for building strong, long-lasting business relationships.
- Stands out for their analytical thinking and performance tracking.
- Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and excellent organizational skills.
- Has strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
- Has 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, sales, or performance management in the automotive or financial services sector.
- Has an intermediate level of English, as the role involves regular collaboration with English-speaking dealers.
- Must be based in one of the following regions: Georgian Triangle, which includes Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Blue Mountains, Clearview Township, Meaford, or Northern Ontario.
