Job Summary

Bourgault Industries is looking for aCNC****Laser Programmer. This role involves coordinating with other programmers, material loaders, internal customers, and support groups to ensure machines are loaded and running on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Nesting of PC parts

• Collaboration and coordination with the other programmer.

• Implementing improvements to current nesting practices

• Importing new PC parts into nesting software in time sensitive situations.

• Operation of XA software

• Directing work of others at times

• Dealing with internal customers

• Dealing with support groups (PE, MTEE, BESL)

• Planning work

• Communicate and coordinate with material loader to ensure the machines are loaded on time.

• Willing to work off hours, or be on call to support production.

• Looking for improvements in nesting, and planning of nests.

• Work on reducing amount of scrap produced during the cutting process by finding better ways to nest work going to the machines.

Wage Range

$26.52-$40.67– Wage is dependent on experience
