This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Sales Manager - Future Opportunity based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to lead clinical sales initiatives within the medical technology field and support the adoption of advanced surgical solutions. You will be responsible for driving growth across an assigned region by expanding system utilization, developing customer relationships, and supporting healthcare professionals. The position combines sales leadership, clinical expertise, training, and team development within a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will collaborate with surgeons, hospitals, account teams, and internal stakeholders to improve patient care through innovative technology adoption. The role requires strong commercial acumen, knowledge of operating room environments, and the ability to influence clinical decision-makers. You will play a key role in building market presence, developing talent, and advancing minimally invasive healthcare solutions. \n

Accountabilities

As a Clinical Sales Manager, you will lead regional sales activities, support clinical adoption, and develop strong partnerships with healthcare providers. You will oversee customer engagement, team performance, and utilization growth while ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support of advanced surgical technologies. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned business objectives. Drive adoption and utilization growth within existing customer accounts. Expand usage by educating and training surgeons across relevant specialties. Manage clinical training and education programs for healthcare teams. Support new system installations, upgrades, and customer implementation processes. Identify opportunities for new installations and business growth within the assigned territory. Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers and clinical sales team members. Provide guidance on product updates, clinical information, and sales strategies. Collaborate with training, marketing, and cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, surgeons, and healthcare professionals. Travel regularly across the assigned region to support customers and field activities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong medical device sales experience, clinical knowledge, and leadership capabilities. You should have experience managing customer relationships, developing sales teams, and supporting complex healthcare technology solutions. Bachelor’s degree required. Proven experience in surgical technology sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience. Strong understanding of operating room environments and clinical workflows. Experience with capital equipment sales processes and complex healthcare purchasing cycles. Previous experience managing and developing sales teams within the medical device industry. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons, hospital teams, and business stakeholders. Comfortable managing remote teams and regional sales activities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Computer proficiency and ability to use sales and business tools effectively. Willingness to travel extensively as required by business needs. Ability to complete sales leadership training and apply structured sales methodologies.
