We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Transportation team. This position is responsible for the development, coordination, support, and continuous improvement of safety and operations systems and programs within the Transportation and Maintenance Branch (TMB). It provides advice to management on best practices for data collection and systems development, while supporting common system initiatives across branch and divisional groups. Additionally, this role is an integral part of the TMB emergency response team and maintains Advanced First Aid certification to deliver initial on-scene care to workers in the event of a workplace injury.

- Considerable development and administration experience using Workhub compliance management software
- Considerable development and administration experience using ZOHO Creator digital data collection software
- Considerable experience in the development of Operational Policies, Guidelines, Practices and Procedures
- Experience developing training materials, reference materials and manuals
- ZOHO certification would be considered an asset
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

- Advanced Skills and knowledge of computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite)
Conditions of Employment This is a designated position within the Yukon public service which requires the following condition(s) of employment:
- Yukon Class 5 driver’s licence
- Completion of Advanced First Aid (to be obtained within 6 months of hire).

- Travel throughout the territory,
