HOURS OF WORK: 24 hour per week
SCHEDULE: Hours of work are from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, 2 days on, 6 days off.
DEPARTMENT****RCMP
HOURLY RATE$35.85 per hour, Pay Grade 2 – Schedule “B” Outside Employees
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
- Grade 12 Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE
- N/A
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Successful completion of Jail Supervisor Training Procedures
- Successful completion of basic fist aid with CPR
- WHMIS
- Computer literate (good working knowledge of computers and applications)
- Ability to read, write and comprehend written orders
- English Language essential
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 19 years of age
- Canadian Citizen
- Good physical condition
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain and RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance
- Ability to utilize the utmost discretion is of paramount importance due to the confidential nature of information the Jail Supervisor is exposed to in relation to duties
