Position Summary
The Casual Part-Time Administrative Support role provides responsive and reliable administrative assistance to the Leadership Team. This position supports day-to-day operations by coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and assisting with communication and organizational tasks.

The Casual Part-Time Administrative Support position will require the successful candidate to work flexible hours throughout the week.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide general administrative support to members of the Leadership Team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics (rooms, virtual links, agendas)
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports
- Take meeting notes and assist with follow-up action items as required
- Support correspondence, including email drafting and tracking responses
- Assist with data entry, basic reporting, and record management
- Support special projects
- Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be proactive, optimistic and have worked in a dynamic environment where they have experience delivering on multiple priorities and will hold the following qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office support experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or similar tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to work towards a common goal and vision.
