Êtes-vous un(e) comptable pragmatique et minutieux(se) souhaitant prendre en charge la comptabilité d'une entreprise de construction en pleine croissance ? Voici l'occasion d'occuper un poste clé où votre expertise contribuera directement aux opérations, aux projets et à la croissance à long terme.
Vos responsabilités :

Gérer l'ensemble du cycle comptable, y compris les états financiers mensuels

Traiter les paies ADP et veiller à l'exactitude des déclarations de TPS/TVQ
-
Gérer la facturation complexe liée aux projets et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projet
-
Gérer les comptes fournisseurs/clients, les rapprochements bancaires et les opérations financières quotidiennes
-
Préparer les dossiers d'audit de fin d'année et veiller au respect des normes comptables
Profil recherché :
-
DEC ou baccalauréat en comptabilité/finance
-
4 ans d'expérience minimum (dans le secteur de la construction ou de la plomberie, un atout considérable)

Maîtrise de QuickBooks Online (Avantage est un plus) et de la paie ADP
-
Souci exceptionnel du détail, sens de l'organisation et bonnes capacités de communication

Position:** Accountant - Construction Industry
Location: Montreal
Salary: $80K-$95K per year
Are you a hands-on, detail-driven Accountant looking to take full ownership of the books in a fast-growing construction company? This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where your expertise directly supports operations, projects, and long-term growth.
What You'll Do:

Own the full-cycle accounting, including monthly financial statements

Process ADP payroll and ensure accurate GST/QST filings
-
Handle complex, project-based billing and work closely with project managers

Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and daily financial operations
-
Prepare year-end audit files and ensure compliance with accounting standards
What You Bring:

DEC or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
-
4+ years of experience (construction or plumbing industry a strong asset)

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (Avantage is a plus) and ADP payroll
-
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication
