The Role As the newest member of our Product Management team, you will play a crucial role in advancing Veeva Safety, an enterprise-level pharmacovigilance (drug safety) solution that manages the intake, processing, and submission of adverse events for clinical and post-market products. Your contributions will enable the Life Sciences industry as a whole to better track and inform the public about the safety risk profile of the medicines we and our loved ones often rely upon for continued health.
The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, a highly inquisitive mindset, a knack for dissecting complex business problems, a collaborative spirit, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges. In this role, you will work closely with customers, plus our in-house industry experts and technology A-players to iteratively define a strategic road map, design & build elegant solutions, and bring rewarding solutions to market.
What You'll Do
- Learn our industry and develop a keen understanding of our customers’ greatest pain points
- Shape the product road map, prioritizing across releases with respect to strategic and operational goals
- Design and specify accurate market-wide solutions for urgent real-world problems, in close collaboration with product development teams
- Become the subject matter expert for your areas of product ownership, providing much-needed guidance to all internal teams
- Drive product adoption, and measure the success of your solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise software
- 5+ years professional work experience in agile environments
- Highly motivated, self-driven individual with a strong passion for product success
- Proven experience with product design and road map planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration

Compensation
- Base pay: $75,000 - $165,000 CAD
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
