Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Authorize return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Employment terms options: Early morning. Other: Use of artificial intelligence. Employment terms options: Evening. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Morning. Night. Support for newcomers and refugees: Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
