About the role
Description Empowering People – Extraordinary Performance Start Your Next Opportunity with IAMGOLD We’re hiring an bilingual (French and English) HR Data Analytics Specialist (12 Month Contract) to join our team and help shape the future of our people strategy. In this role, you’ll work closely with HR Centers of Excellence on-site HR leads, and business stakeholders to harness the power of our HR technology. A key part of your work will involve data entry and data management, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of the HR data across systems. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, managing data flows between platforms, and supporting the automation and standardization or reports.
You’ll be responsible for developing meaningful metrics and dashboards that support a wide range of HR and business initiatives. Your work will involve aggregating data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view of our workforce, reporting on key indicators such as headcount, turnover, payroll, and employee changes. You’ll ensure our dashboards are standardized and integrated. Additionally, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to special projects that advance our HR roadmap.
Job Qualifications What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you’ll need a post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or Social Sciences. You’ll need advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos is preferred. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Initiative, discretion, and the ability to build relationships across IAMGOLD teams will be key. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
