As the advisor sales support team for Financial Horizons and Quadrus Investment Services Ltd., Advice Canada brings together local relationship managers and with the robust value proposition of a leading Canadian MGA and leading Mutual Fund Dealer to deliver high-quality, personalized service.

What you will do:

  • Achieve sales revenue targets
  • Attract, recruit & select the right/productive advisors
  • Build and foster relationships with key advisors
  • Proactively support advisors and advisor firms develop their business through in-depth sales, marketing, and business solutions that focus on their objectives
  • Complete advisor needs triage – act as a liaison to services
  • Provide illustration and quote support for their respective advisors as required/when needed
  • Support advisors in advanced insurance and wealth concepts in coordination with our Strategists
  • Represent and promote FH by attending various sales conferences and industry events, contributing on social media, participate at advisor tables
  • Participate in the delivery of educational events and planning as required
  • Work with our 24 carrier partners to influence insurance and wealth growth
  • Be a coach/mentor with your aligned Business Development Consultant (BDC)
  • Be an industry and brand ambassador

What you will bring:

  • 5 years industry experience
  • Demonstrated sales leadership experience
  • Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking need
  • Insurance and investments sales and basic product knowledge/experience
  • Proven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • CFP, CLM, CHS, CLU designation(s) is an asset
  • LLQP license required
  • College Diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
  • Strategic

  • Knowledge of local market conditions (including competitor activities)

The base salary for this position is between $76,400 - $141,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
