Allied Universal is seeking Security Guard - Warehouse Facility in Mississauga, Ontario**.**

**Location:**Mississauga, ON

Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

**Shifts:**Monday to Friday, 8-hour

**Schedule:**2200 - 0600

Overview**:**

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Security Guard to join our team at a warehouse site. This position involves providing security and monitoring services 24/7 with a focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment for all personnel and assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

-**Site Surveillance & Patrol:**Perform regular patrols of the warehouse, surrounding areas, and construction site to ensure the security of the premises. Monitor all entry points for unauthorized access. -**Access Control:**Enforce site access protocols by verifying the identification of authorized personnel, logging visitor entry and exit, and ensuring that gates and doors remain securely locked when not in use. -**Communication:**Maintain clear and constant communication via a radio with the site control guard and other security personnel. Report incidents, unusual activities, or security concerns promptly. -**Emergency Response:**Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or security breaches. Contact emergency services and assist as necessary. -**Incident Documentation:**Maintain accurate logs of all security activities, incidents, and patrols. Complete shift reports and provide detailed handover notes for the next shift. -**Site & Asset Protection:**Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to warehouse materials and equipment. Ensure all property is secured at all times. -**Compliance with Safety Procedures:**Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures on-site, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all personnel. -**General Security Duties:**Ensure the overall safety and security of the warehouse and construction areas by addressing any security risks or safety concerns that arise during the shift.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 1-2 years of experience working in mobile security

• Must have a validOntario Security License.

• Must be at least 18 years old or above for insurance purposes

• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to40 hours a week.

• First Aid and CPR
