Position Overview:

Willing to go above and beyond for both fans and fellow band members, possess a positive “can-do” attitude …rain or shine -the show must go on!

Job Functions:

  • Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest
  • Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show
  • Set up and teardown of chairs for seated floor shows
  • Assist the tour with dressing room set up and other assigned tasks
  • Assist tour hospitality with any assigned tasks
  • Assist security setting up barricades and other assigned tasks
  • Assist the tour with dressing room set up and other assigned tasks
  • Assist VIP hospitality and event spaces
  • Assist set up of sponsorship activations
  • Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency
  • Assist tour hospitality with any assigned tasks
  • Minor repairs around the venue using small power tools
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance duties of conversions equipment and work areas
  • Driving a golf cart
  • Must participate in Live Nation Canada zero waste/sustainability initiatives at the venue
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as laborer/site operations, comfortable with power tools, and/or a forklift license are all considered strong, valuable assets.
  • Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs. and must wear approved steel toed footwear during all shifts.
  • Good physical condition and health, sufficient strength and stamina needed for heavy, awkward and repeated lifting, capable of performing manual labor for extended periods of time
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting
  • Able to work outdoors (rain or shine), among crowds and in a loud environment
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and some overnights.
  • Able to perform assigned tasks quickly and accurately within tight timelines
  • A passion for live events!
