We’re looking for a Senior Landscape Designer who wants ownership, strong earning potential, and the ability to lead projects from concept through to completion.
###Why This Role
This isn’t a production role. You will:
- Lead custom residential design projects end-to-end
- Work directly with clients and guide the full design experience
- Collaborate with a strong Project Development & Operations team
- Stay connected to the outcome — not just hand off designs
###Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary
- Tiered commission structure
- Comprehensive benefits
- Group RRSP (after one year)
Strong performers have clear earning upside based on results.
###What You’ll Do
- Lead client consultations (on-site and in-office)
- Design functional, buildable, high-end landscapes
- Present concepts and guide client decisions
- Support pricing alignment and project approvals
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Stay involved during construction to ensure design intent
###What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of residential landscape design experience
- Strong portfolio of completed projects
- Confident in client-facing presentations
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Solid understanding of construction methods
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Dynascape (or similar)
- Bonus if you have previous Field/installation experience
