Description: We're hiring a licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician with diesel experience to join an established shop. This role focuses on light- to medium-duty vehicles — pickups, vans, and 1/4-ton to 1-ton trucks. No heavy highway tractors or 18-wheelers — this is light and medium duty work. If you're a qualified diesel tech looking for steady full-time hours and competitive pay, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair diesel engines on light- to medium-duty trucks and vans Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and servicing Repair and replace components — brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and drivetrain Conduct diagnostics using scan tools and diagnostic software Complete safety inspections and document work accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate with the service team on repair scope and timelines Requirements: Valid 310T Certificate of Qualification (Truck & Coach Technician) 3–5 years of diesel repair experience Hands-on experience with light- to medium-duty vehicles (pickups, vans, 1/4-ton to 1-ton trucks) Strong diagnostic skills with diesel engines and systems Own basic hand tools Valid Ontario driver's license Reliable, professional, and a team player Nice to Have: Red Seal endorsement MTO Safety Inspection licence Experience with diagnostic software (e.g., Cummins INSITE, Snap-on) Air brake (Z) endorsement What We Offer: Competitive pay: $38–$45/hour based on experience Full-time, year-round hours Stable shop with consistent work volume Benefits available Long-term career opportunity
