Collaborate with the Child & Youth team to plan, implement and lead activities in accordance with YMCA standards and program expectations, primarily in our Child Minding program at H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre

Foster meaningful relationships and provide a place to belong for children and families

Ensure the safety of all members, participants, staff, and property

Promote philanthropy by participating in YMCA of Southern Interior BC community initiatives

Promote the YMCA's volunteer philosophy and integrate the value of volunteerism in interactions with members, volunteers, donors, and colleagues

Experience working with children and youth with exceptionalities, an asset

Available to work evenings 4:30 to 7:30pm, and weekends 8:45am to 12:15pm
