Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for team members.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
  • Organize and file documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and training sessions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
