About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Skin Health, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of consultants across assigned territories. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through both existing accounts and new client acquisition, while actively promoting Clarion’s innovative portfolio of medical technologies.

The successful applicant will:

  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and execute regional sales strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and strategic partners.
  • Guide territory-level planning and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to marketing teams.
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities within existing client base and new accounts.
  • Partner with national and cross-functional teams to drive sales performance.
  • Evaluate and enhance operational processes for improved efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales consultants.
  • Oversee performance appraisals, work assignments, and professional development.
  • Support hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in forecasting and setting annual sales quotas.
  • Contribute to budgeting processes to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity reports and territory forecasts.
  • Ensure profit margins align with corporate objectives.
  • Represent Clarion at trade shows, training events, and quarterly aesthetic meetings.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree required.
  • Minimum 7 years of territory sales management experience.
  • Proven success managing a territory with $2M+ in annual revenue.
  • Experience with laser and light-based technologies is an asset.
  • Demonstrated leadership in sales environments and strategic planning.
  • Strategic thinker with high energy and adaptability.
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation and demo skills.
  • Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining key account relationships.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
