What can you expect from this position?

Reporting to the Manager, Learning, you will create effective, innovative, and engaging learning experiences for business leaders, teams, and employees. You will deliver content across in-class/on-site and online/virtual formats, supporting programs such as the Leadership Development Program, Pearson Aviation Academy, strategic onboarding, and professional and personal development initiatives.

You will develop and curate content including eLearning modules, videos, and voiceovers, ensuring it is well-organized, compelling, and accurate for diverse audiences in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with HR, the business, and external consulting partners to implement impactful learning solutions, managing projects end to end with strong organization, accountability, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.

This is a fixed-term role until June 2026.

As Program Manager, Organizational Learning, you will:

  • Facilitate highly visible programs to existing employees from management level to individual contributor.
  • Design and develop/redevelop eLearning Modules.
  • Partner with our internal SME’s and various stakeholders.
  • Implement programming and recurring evaluation of the program to improve the quality of the outcomes.
  • Coordinate and conduct the analysis/design/development/facilitation/implementation and/or evaluation for internal learning and development programs offered by Human Resources.
  • Assess, recommend, and develop content that meets audit requirements and/or capability gaps in programs offered by the GTAA.
  • Create a culture of inclusion and partnership with the immediate team, department contacts and vendors.
  • Research and curate Learning Content for all relevant programs.
  • Interact, advise, and influence with all levels of the business across all groups to share information directly and find alternate ways to share information and activate participation with frontline employees.
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and partners on the progress, results, and outcomes of the programs.
  • Influence others by providing coaching, guidance, and development as a trusted HR professional.
  • In partnership with the Manager, Organizational Learning, source external learning programs to complement the business learning strategy, support contract discussions and cost savings as well as customized development needs.
  • Process and track invoices, payments, and reporting of associated vendor costs to budget.

This is the role for you, if you have:

  • 2+ years of facilitation experience.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in instructional design.
  • Experience using a corporate LMS.
  • Experience using Articulate Storyline.
  • Experience implementing an enterprise-wide learning program.
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and the ADDIE Methodology.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Articulate Storyline skills.
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
  • Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position.
