- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and execution for civil construction projects.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present progress reports and updates to key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.
