The Role We are currently searching for an eCommernce Coordinator reporting to the Project Manager, Digital & eCommerce. This vacancy is a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity. As the eCommerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting The Beer Store's website, mobile app, 3rd party vendors, handling customer and store inquiries, assisting with content updates and troubleshooting across digital platforms. You will resolve support tickets, and assist with customer-facing issues to ensure a seamless online experience.
Location Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer a hybrid work model with visits into the office a minimum of three times per week and on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with changes and updates to our creative content management including homepages, product pages, and key content pages for The Beer Store website, mobile app, and electronic kiosks
- Be the lead contact for all stores regarding eCommerce tickets and support for ESS, PICs, App and Website
- Liaise with vendors as required to troubleshoot issues and escalate where required
- Perform daily quality assurance checks across platforms: data syncing, downtime reports, flagging issues, updating product details & descriptions, rectifying errors
- Provide market research to improve conversions and customer experience
- Manage inquiries regarding order management, user management, and customer support
- Support enhancement projects, keyword planning, SEO enhancements and improve UX to ensure timely execution by vendors
- Actively involved in performing accessibility auditing and reporting
- Coordinate with vendors on improvements
- Manage feedback through Apple Store and Google Play – cataloging and reporting
- Administer the day-to-day operations with BrandFolder (DAM), Ecommerce Admin Portal, BigCommerce and Mobile Apps (iOS and Android)
- Participate in store visits and reviews of in-store technology
- Receive, record, file and submit invoices and expense sheets to accounting
- Obtain tracking data on usage and hits on each digital platform and produce reports as requested
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience Education
- University or college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations, eCommerce or related field
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience working in eCommerce, which may include internship/co-op experience
- Basic experience with SAAS eCommerce platforms, related project experience would be an asset
- Previous experience with content management systems is preferred
Skills
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Knowledge of web analytics, experience in Google Analytics preferred
- Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or Javascript
- Internet savvy, with a curiosity and enthusiasm for digital trends
- Excellent levels of communication both verbal and written
Compensation The hiring range for this position is $22.15 - $27.69 CAD per hour. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
