We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Transportation team. The position is responsible for providing a cost-effective service in the purchase and supply of parts and materials to the Mechanical Operations Section and Transportation Maintenance Branch for our fleet of light duty and heavy equipment.

Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- Partsperson Red Seal Journeyman;
- Experience working in a mechanical environment to identify, source, and supply equipment parts and materials;
- Experience maintaining accurate inventories of parts and materials;
- Experience performing shipping and receiving functions related to parts procurement;
- Experience using and maintaining computerized systems and records for all aspects of parts procurement and distribution.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

WHMIS (to be obtained within 1 month of hire)
Job Requirements

Capable of lifting up to 22 kg

Work in adverse weather conditions

Use of personal protective equipment
