**Are you passionate about making a difference and helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses? Join BDC Advisory Services as an Executive Advisor!
As a key member of the High Impact Firms team, you will work directly with CEOs and senior leadership teams of some of Canada’s most promising businesses. You will lead engagements under the Growth Driver Program (GDP), helping clients identify growth opportunities and implement transformational strategies.
This is more than consulting—it’s a multi-year journey where you’ll act as a trusted advisor, executive coach, and strategic partner. You’ll manage a portfolio of 8–12 clients, guide them through business assessments, and connect them with BDC’s ecosystem of advisory services, capital, and talent.** What You Bring To The Role You are a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience, including at least 15 years in executive roles across entrepreneurial ventures, multinational corporations, or top-tier consulting firms. You’ve built and scaled businesses, led divisions with full P&L responsibility, and guided strategic transformations. Whether as a founder, C-suite executive, or partner-level advisor, you understand the pressures and complexities CEOs face—and you’ve delivered results.
Your professional pedigree inspires confidence: a track record of excellence, respected credentials, and a reputation that resonates with entrepreneurial leaders. You’ve successfully navigated high-growth environments, managed change, and led cross-functional teams through acquisitions, turnarounds, and innovation initiatives.
You bring strategic vision and operational depth. You know how to build high-performing teams, delegate effectively, solve complex problems, and execute with precision. You’ve worked across organizations with revenues exceeding $100M, and you’re comfortable tackling challenges in talent management, leadership development, and organizational change.
Above all, you’re a growth catalyst. You rally teams around new opportunities, build trusted client relationships, and thrive in consultative, multi-level engagements. You’re ready to shift the spotlight from your own achievements to helping the next generation of entrepreneurs succeed.
If you thrive on impact, collaboration, and strategic thinking, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to Canada’s entrepreneurial landscape.
