Our reception team is the heart of the client experience, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinic and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
The Role
This is primarily a front desk, client-facing role, including:
Welcoming clients and creating a positive, supportive first impression Managing phones, scheduling, and appointment flow in a busy environment Handling client questions, payments, and coordination of care Supporting overall clinic organization and communication Occasional assistance to the veterinary team as needed
Who You Are
Experience in a veterinary clinic or fast-paced customer service role is required Friendly, professional, and compassionate with clients and patients Strong communication and multitasking skills Highly organized and able to stay calm under pressure A team player who takes initiative and keeps things moving
