What will you do?
We are seeking a detail-oriented student to support our microgrid projects through an engineering standardization effort. This role focuses on optimizing technical documentation to support compliance, enhance project delivery efficiency, and improve proposal development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Analysis and Management:

Review existing documentation and developing standardized templates and formats.

Supporting deployments of process automation using Artificial Intelligence applications, specially around sales and delivery.

Creating summaries of documentation and updating process catalogues with sales and engineering coordinators.

Create documentation guidelines for consistent strategic growth planning process.
What will you need to succeed?

Education: Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Business, Software undergraduate program

Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of SW tools like Python, JavaScript, C++, HTML/CSS, Arduino
- AI knowledge is mandatory, especially the new tools like Copilot, Claude etc.
- Engineering Tools: AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, VCarve
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Location: This position is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence (1 -3 days/week) in our Oakville Office.
