As we expand our direct-to-consumer channel, we are building the growth engine that will power scalable acquisition, activation, and long-term retention.

About The Role We are hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale our D2C growth engine — from demand generation and funnel optimization to lifecycle performance and brand evolution.

This is a builder role. You will not inherit a mature D2C machine. You will architect and execute the systems that drive predictable customer acquisition and durable subscription revenue.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own performance marketing, lifecycle strategy, and brand alignment — ensuring that acquisition efficiency and long-term trust grow together.

This is not a pure brand role.

This is not a channel manager role.

This is an ownership role.

What You Will Do

D2C Acquisition

  • Architect and execute scalable acquisition strategies across paid, owned, and partner channels
  • Improve CAC efficiency, conversion rates, and subscription economics
  • Design and run structured experimentation programs across creative, landing pages, and channel mix

Funnel & Activation Optimization

  • Optimize website, checkout, and onboarding conversion
  • Improve activation milestones and time-to-value
  • Strengthen alignment between messaging, product experience, and customer expectations

Lifecycle & Retention

  • Design lifecycle communication and automation systems
  • Improve retention, expansion, and LTV
  • Introduce structured testing across engagement and churn-reduction initiatives

Brand & Positioning

  • Maintain and evolve a differentiated, trust-driven brand narrative
  • Ensure performance marketing and long-term brand equity reinforce each other
  • Translate customer insights into compelling messaging

Growth Infrastructure

  • Define and own core D2C KPIs (CAC, LTV, CVR, retention, cohort performance)
  • Build reporting and attribution frameworks
  • Establish repeatable growth playbooks that scale

Who You Are

  • 6–10+ years in D2C growth, subscription marketing, or performance-driven environments
  • Proven track record of scaling acquisition and improving subscription economics
  • Strong in experimentation frameworks and funnel optimization
  • Comfortable balancing short-term performance with long-term brand building
  • High ownership mindset, low ego, comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Experience with hardware-enabled subscription or trust-sensitive consumer products is a strong plus.
