Your Role
Your dedication to providing top-notch service and your eagerness to learn will be key in maintaining our high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our parts department. You will advise on parts availability, prices, substitutions and inventory levels. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining smooth operations within the parts and service departments, collaborating with service advisors and technicians to ensure we deliver an exceptional guest experience for every guest, every time.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or other related customer service role
- Strong knowledge of automotive products and ability to match products with customer needs.
- Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to build lasting relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points

Downtown Autogroup (DAG) is a collection of 10 automobile sales and service facilities representing 12 of the most respected brands in the automotive world.
Founded by Shahin Alizadeh in the early 90's, DAG has grown from a single Toyota dealership to a group with over four-hundred employees. We pride ourselves on creating a positive work environment with competitive pay and benefits and opportunities for advancement. As a good neighbour in the heart of Toronto, it is also important that we also play a role in helping the community. Downtown AutoGroup currently supports a number of local initiatives, including the Women’s College Hospital’s Mobile Covid-19 Response Team.
