Print and Office Service Coordinator
About the role
Northwestern College has an opening for a three-quarter-time print and office service coordinator. This position is responsible for the operation of printing and office service projects requested from faculty and staff, distribution of faculty and staff mail and packages, and the maintenance of adequate standard supply inventory needed for classes, mailings, and daily operation of offices. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with a good understanding of office equipment and computer skills. This position also requires the ability to multi-task and be flexible.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in an office setting and some college-level coursework in higher education.
