Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage net new enterprise accounts across North America and Mexico.
- Target key decision-makers: Transportation Managers, Logistics Managers, C-level Procurement, Supply Chain Executives, and VPs of Purchasing.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Handle average deal sizes ranging from $3K-$5K, with monthly deals starting at $1K.
- Use CRM tools like ZoomInfo and HubSpot to track leads and manage outreach.
- Execute 7+ touchpoints per lead to close deals effectively.
Requirements:
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Outgoing, energetic, and team oriented.
- Coachable and a strong communicator.
- Confident, motivated, and driven to close net new business.
- Experienced in freight sales (2+ years preferred).
- Familiar with non-asset-based freight companies.
