We are currently seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator to join our Calgary team. This entry-level opportunity offers strong potential for career development within the organization.
About the Role:
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and care staff, helping ensure that every individual receives attentive, high-quality care. You'll work closely with our Health Care Workers and Nursing Team, contributing to the legacy of Classic LifeCare through ongoing learning and meaningful connections.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, solutions-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, managing client care schedules, and ensuring prompt, effective responses to client and staff needs.
Schedule: Full-time, in office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (no option for remote work)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new client intake, including entering information and setting up care schedules in our system
- Coordinate and maintain client and staff schedules
- Collect feedback via phone and home visits to ensure satisfaction
- Handle general administrative tasks such as phone support and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues
- Assist with HR functions such as screening and interviewing candidates for Health Care Assistant and Nursing roles
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation

- A motivated, adaptable individual with strong multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities
- Prior experience in customer service
- High attention to detail and strong time management, especially under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
