About the role

Keep the Products Flowing & the Rentals Rolling

Working as Inventory & Rental Support at Flaman isn’t just about stocking shelves or handing out equipment. It’s about keeping two critical parts of our operation running — ensuring our inventory is accurate, our warehouse is organized, and every rental customer gets exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.

At Flaman, we believe that organization creates opportunity. In this role, you’ll be the connection point between warehouse operations and rental services — helping our teams stay efficient, our customers stay supported, and our store stay ready for anything. If you love variety, staying busy, and making things better, this is where you belong.

A Day in the Life

You’re not just working in the back — you’re keeping the whole operation moving. Expect to:

Inventory Management

  • Receive and restock incoming inventory to keep the warehouse flowing smoothly
  • Restock showroom shelves so customers always find what they need
  • Label parts, shelves, and bins to keep everything organized and easy to navigate
  • Complete cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Maintain a clean, organized, efficient warehouse
  • Contact customers when their parts arrive and arrange pickup or delivery
  • Support the merchandising of showroom and front-of-store displays
  • Pick and prepare orders for customer pickup or internal use

Rental Management

  • Work the rental line, helping customers with equipment pickups and returns
  • Perform basic repairs to keep rental equipment in good, safe working condition
  • Complete fleet inspections to ensure readiness and reliability
  • Prepare, clean, and stage equipment for upcoming bookings
  • Collaborate with rental counter staff, communicating issues and helping resolve customer or equipment concerns quickly

You’re the person who keeps our shelves stocked, our warehouse organized, and our rentals ready to roll.

You’re the Right Fit If…

  • You enjoy staying organized and keeping things running efficiently
  • You’re comfortable juggling a mix of warehouse, rental, and customer interactions
  • You take pride in accuracy — getting inventory right matters to you
  • You’re hands-on and don’t mind learning basic equipment upkeep
  • You’re friendly, helpful, and confident communicating with customers
  • You enjoy variety — no two days in this role look the same
  • You take ownership of your space, your work, and the customer experience

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive wages
  • Benefits Package & RRSP Match
  • A supportive team that values your ideas
  • Training opportunities across inventory, rentals, and customer service
  • A role where you can see the direct impact of your work every single day
  • The pride of contributing to a team that keeps customers and communities moving

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re organized, hardworking, and excited about a role that blends warehouse work, customer service, and rental operations — we’d love to hear from you.

For over 60 years, Flaman has called the Canadian prairies home, where it provides, rents, and services Agriculture equipment, Grain Cleaning equipment and installations, Trailers, and all the accessories. As we celebrate our 60th, we realize we have a lot to be thankful for – we would not be the company we are today without the continued support of our customers, our staff, and the communities that have grown with us. Our years of learning, hard work and innovative thinking have given us the opportunity to make the world a better place, one relationship at a time – and a quirky history.
