Territory Manager Quebec, InHealth Technologies Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate relationships with a wide range of decision-makers, targeted customers, and key opinion leaders.
- Meet and/or exceed the annual sales plan and year-over-year growth targets as defined by management.
- Identify target opportunities and/or accounts, as well as develop and implement a strategy to maintain a sufficient sales pipeline needed to achieve the strategic growth targets and initiatives as defined by management.
- Ensure positive customer relationships are maintained, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Communicate and report activities, itineraries, sales strategies, and program developments as defined by management.
- Participate in and provide support to trade shows, sales meetings, and other sales-related functions as requested and/or defined by management.
- Maintain effective use of travel and expenses as defined by management and in accordance with Corporate Travel and Expense policies.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (preferred); or, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, including Life Sciences concentration, SLP, or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical voice restoration experience or related experience (preferred).
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Quebec French.
- Strong in-depth knowledge of promoted products, competitors, physiology, medical literature, and scientific innovations.
- Ability to apply strategic thought, planning and execution to maximize sales opportunities within key accounts.
- Ability to adapt selling approach with multiple specialties and customer segments.
- Self-Managed; capable of working from remote location with limited supervision.
- Effectively utilize computer software and technology enabled sales resources for planning, forecasting, reviewing sales activity, researching data, supporting sales calls, medical education presentations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational / multi-tasking skills.
- Strong Relationship Skills / Team Player (internal & external).
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
- 70% Travel Required, 3 out of 4 weeks of the month (utilizing effective travel practices).
- Resides in Quebec province.
