About the role
Position: AI Product Owner (Contact Center AI) Location: Brampton, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months
Only Permanent Residents and Canadian Citizens Required
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience.
- Experience with AI-powered Contact Center solutions.
- Strong understanding of Conversational AI, LLMs, AI Automation, and Chatbots.
- Hands-on knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
- Define and manage product roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Business, and Cross-functional teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical user stories.
- Proactively gather requirements, challenge assumptions, and resolve ambiguities.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, assertive, and capable of owning product decisions.
