Job Overview
Reporting to the Director, Sales & Marketing of iQ Offices, the Coordinator, Sales & Marketing will use their strategic skills, data know-how and CRM expertise to uncover new and better ways for our sales and marketing teams to build strategies to retain our existing membership, convert more sales leads, and optimize our CRM initiatives to support a thriving prospect and member lifecycle.
In this role, you will lead and support a variety of projects and programs, going deep to understand the workspace market, competition, our members and prospective members, our broker partners, our aggregator portfolio, and our lead channels to ultimately strategize and recommend how we finely tune our sales & marketing departments’ output. You will use your analytical skills to bring clarity to revenue occupancy target assessments, helping uncover what works, and how we can do better.
This is a role that requires a passion for data, a love of lists and workflows, an inherent curiosity and an eye for systems.
This is a full-time, hybrid position, with a minimum requirement of three (3) days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to)
Channels Management

Update, optimize and monitor all listings on prospect aggregator platforms and evaluate for efficacy and lead quality.

Maintain aggregator portfolio relevancy; evaluate fit for new platforms, and manage evaluation, selection and onboarding for all new platforms.
-
Update and monitor all brokerage house listings and web broker platforms, and nurture a network of broker researchers to keep iQ Offices in good standing.

Update and monitor website availability
listings and contact forums. -
Assess, report on, and analyze lead channels, lifecycle performance, and customer data functions to ensure all outbound and inbound sales efforts are optimized.

Collaborate with our Sales Department to support broker engagement strategies and email marketing initiatives across all 4 regions (Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa, Montreal).
CRM Management

Take inventory and assess existing CRM workflows and list management.
-
Lead and execute CRM optimization strategies and integrations.
-
Lead and monitor for consistent data integrity and maintain a clean bill of data health.
-
Monitor CRM compliance for the sales team, navigate and solve for all roadblocks and broken processes.
-
Keep all CRM processes and procedures updated and catalogued.
-
Identify data quality issues, conduct data validation and cleansing activities, and implement data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Sales Enablement
-
Support all email marketing efforts and lead all list management activities.

Complete competitive analyses of the workspace market as it pertains to Sales and Business strategy.
-
Serves as relief and backup for our Sales Administrator at times, supporting on lead queue management and chatbot management.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

You have a known brain for data and a proven track record of strong analytical skills.

You are a strong collaborator with experience working cross-departmentally and across multiple regions – considered an asset.

You are a self-starter with an innate drive and grit for sales processes and operations.
-
You are a HubSpot superuser (or similar CRM platform) and are energized by the power it yields to optimize sales performance.

You are a resourceful problem solver.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools.

You excel at pulling reports and distilling them down to suggestions, recommendations, and solutions.

You have an excellent eye for customer experience, you don’t shy away from detail-oriented work, and you are willing to do what it takes to support your team.

You perform best when driven by revenue goals and have a proven track record of creating effective processes and support to see sales soar.
