JOB DESCRIPTION
Counter Salesperson with occasional warehouse duties

- Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday.

Do you have what we’re looking for?
- Customer service or sales experience.
- Energetic, service-oriented person with a knack for finding solutions that satisfy customers.
- Efficient and organized who enjoys physical work as well as connecting with people.
- Alert, a good team player and service driven.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-reliant.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and has due regard for safe working practices.
- Comfortable working with computers and rolling equipment
Typical duties include:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support customers in selecting the right products by answering questions, suggesting complementary or alternative products as needed.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and redirect them if necessary.
- Keep the counter area clean and organized for optimal customer experience and effective
- Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used.
- When needed, provide assistance to warehouse to:
- Offload trucks checking quantity and quality of merchandise received immediately reporting any irregularities; stock merchandise.
- Prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
- Suggest improvements to make the warehouse more functional and efficient.
