About The Role
As a Client Services Representative, you will be part of a collaborative team that delivers critical front-line support to Advisors, Clients, Assistants, and internal partners. You’ll play a key role in creating effortless and engaging experiences, resolving inquiries, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone and email inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide proactive, consistent, and transparent service that builds client confidence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and technologies.
- Support team members with problem resolution and share best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on service trends and business needs.
- Contribute to transformation initiatives and promote adoption of new processes.
- Engage in special projects and assignments within the Client Services Division.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of client service experience, preferably in financial services.
- Post-secondary education in business or related discipline; financial services courses are an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, adaptability, and collaborative spirit.
