Your role, your impact
As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you’ll implement e-commerce strategies to optimize the performance of online commercial operations. You’ll coordinate campaigns, collaborate with various teams and continuously analyze results to improve efficiency and achieve sales targets.
Your day-to-day

Plan and develop relevant e-commerce strategies;
-
Establish quarterly marketing plans for the website in collaboration with the marketing teams;
-
For each commercial operation (promotional period, offer launch, product launch, content news, etc.), define the commercial strategy to be implemented in collaboration with digital experts;

Anticipate the development needs necessary for the successful execution of the commercial strategy;
-
Coordinate and launch commercial operations;
-
Establish requirements and anticipate the production of visual and textual content with the creative agency, web designers and copywriters;
-
Secure traffic for commercial operations with partner teams (SEO, media, relationship marketing, social networks, etc.);
-
Plan and coordinate the launch of new campaigns, new products or other marketing innovations on the target date in collaboration with integrators and partners;
-
Verify that commercial operations are properly posted online once delivered;
-
Analyze and optimize performance;
-
Monitor the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.);

Report and prepare weekly reports on campaign key performance indicators (KPIs);
-
Continuously optimize the performance of online campaigns and each campaign on the website to achieve campaign objectives and the team's overall sales targets.
Keys to your success
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or e-commerce;
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an online retail context;
- Proficiency in web analytics and reporting tools, and the Office suite;
- Strong strategic thinking, influencing and teamwork skills;
- Proven project management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extra edge
- Experience in the telecommunications sector;
- Knowledge of Drupal.
Language skills
- French: Proficient
- English: Advanced
Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, an advanced level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a frequent basis with clients outside of Quebec.
