Job Title: Commercial Office Cleaning Team Lead.
Location: Mississauga.
Employment Type: Part-time, Evening Shift.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
Pay: $18.50 per hour.
Job Description:
Generations Cleaning is seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Office Cleaning Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will not only maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our office clients but also lead and support a small team of cleaners to ensure all work meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of cleaners during evening shifts.
- Clean offices, staff rooms, lounge areas, and kitchenettes.
- Disinfect and maintain washrooms and common areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, including stairwells and vestibules.
- Clean interior glass and windows in office areas.
- Ensure team follows cleaning schedules and quality standards.
- Train and support team members on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial cleaning experience, including supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Able to work independently and ensure team accountability.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Strong communication and organizational skills.
