Ansell is looking for a Clinical Education Manager to join our team!
In this position you will play a vital role in representing Ansell as a trusted clinical leader in the healthcare industry. In this role, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with business impact, shaping education, customer experience, and sales outcomes across North America and beyond. If you’re passionate about advancing healthcare through innovation, training, and collaboration, this is your opportunity to make a difference on a global scale. Bi-Lingual French/English is a major plus!!

What your role will be?
- Serve as Ansell’s clinical expert, guiding internal teams and external customers on best practices
- Develop, oversee, and deliver impactful clinical training and education programs
- Lead regional clinical support and cross-cover national field sales activities to achieve business objectives
- Plan and execute large-scale coverage strategies for Integrated Delivery Networks and Group Purchasing Organizations
- Support global assignments and cross-regional initiatives as requested
- Create, deliver, and continuously improve AnsellCARES professional educational resources
- Drive customer engagement through training, quality, product utilization, buying decisions, and long-term satisfaction
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Five years of clinical nursing or scrub tech experience in the Operating Room required
- Five years in a nursing, OR manager, or educator role recommended
- Five years of medical device industry experience required, including project management on clinical marketing programs and sales-impact services
- Experience collaborating with key opinion leaders and supporting clinical study operations preferred
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization with regional and global impact
- Bachelor’s degree required, Nursing (RN) strongly recommended
- Operating Room experience required
- Bilingual proficiency in French is an asset
- Lean Six Sigma experience strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 75 percent across North America
