Description
- Lead and support ERP deployment projects across multiple business units.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
- Implement system enhancements and ensure proper configuration.
- Deliver user training and create documentation for processes and systems.
- Manage and resolve user support requests to maintain smooth operations.
Profile
- Holds a degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Brings 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support, ideally in global or industrial environments.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across diverse teams.
- Has hands-on experience with Oracle ERP solutions (Finance focus; SCM knowledge is a plus).
- Is fluent in English and willing to travel up to 50% internationally.
